The beginning of the process of constructing one's dream home is a fun & satisfying time.  It's a lucky homeowner who can say that the ending of the process was also fun and satisfying.  We're among the lucky ones, as that's how it went with Plantation Builders and us.  During the construction, we had more than a few questions and concerns, but we feel that our input was taken seriously and dealt with fairly.  If you're just getting started, you need to know how necessary good communication between you and your builder will be.  Our new home is beautiful and well built, and we're still on very good terms with our builder.  We recommend that those who are searching for a builder, put Plantation Builders on their short list to consider.
